Identify the appropriate program for your child and download the
registration form. Mail notarized NTSSA form and tuition in full to DFW Tornados Academy; P.O. Box 1003; Colleyville, TX 76034.

Day-to-day Academy information will be posted to the Hotline at
817-543-4443, Ext. 2. This includes field closings, venue change,
schedule changes to games, etc. Check hotline before practices and
games. |

The Academy staff relies heavily on e-mail for contact with
parents. Provide an e-mail address(s) that is checked often. |
| |

| |
There are no make-up sessions for cancellations due to inclement
weather; there are no refunds once enrolled into a program. |
| |

| |
All Academy players are expected to wear their practice uniform to
each practice. This includes shin-guards and cleats. Players will
supply their own ball and water. |

| |
Whenever possible, players will consistently work with the coach(s)
assigned to their particular age group. However, in the event of a
conflict with Select duties, the Academy will provide a qualified
coach to cover a practice or game. |

Parents are to stay in spectator area during all practices and games
and at no time should call out or attempt to instruct ANY player(s)
or distract coaches during a session. |

Please clean up
after yourself after each session and use trash cans. |
