| Tryouts will be held at the
Covenant Church Soccer Complex located at
3508 Glade Road, Colleyville TX 76034. |

| Players must pre-register for either weekend by filling out the
PDL Tryout Registration form. Please email the completed form to Paul Robinson
at the address listed below. |

- Please bring your tryout payment of $60 on the first day
